Description: AU, as the symbol of gold, is the wine’s name. The first vintage bottled dates back to 1995. Curated by the unforgettable cellar master Alvaro and his wise hands, it has been lovingly stored by us. “AU” is a white raisin wine made from Grechetto, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Garganeca grapes. Smooth and harmonic taste, “AU” goes perfectly with aged cheeses or dry pastry. Sublime as meditation wine.
Harvest: handmade, from late September until mid-October to the Trebbiano. Grapes remain drying in the open air for 2 months.
Vinification: On December, grapes are crushed and de-stemmed, fermentation in stainless steel at 22°C. Ageing: barrels 20 years before bottling.
