Curated by the unforgettable cellar master Alvaro and his wise hands, it has been lovingly stored by us. “AU” is a white raisin wine made from Grechetto, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Garganeca grapes. Smooth and harmonic taste, “AU” goes perfectly with aged cheeses or dry pastry. Sublime as meditation wine.
