This year Adanti is taking part in the fifth edition of “Slow Wine Fair” 2026. Organized by Bologna Fiere Bologna Fiere from an idea by Slow Food, Slow Wine Fair is the international event dedicated to wines produced through sustainable viticulture, respectful of biodiversity and the landscape, committed to the development of rural communities and to making consumers more aware of the cultural value of wine.

Opening Hours for January and February 2026
During the winter months of January and February 2026, we look forward to welcoming you from Monday to Friday with our usual care and attention. We are open every morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, ready to offer you the best service. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we are always happy to see you again starting Monday.

We are happy to share the new limited edition of Sagrantino “Il Domenico” 2007 in the 3-liter-Jéroboam format.
Dedicated to the founder of the company Domenico Adanti. From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from a vineyard on the hills of Colcimino, it is intense ruby color with garnet hues.
