Vineyards: vineyards in Bevagna (Pg) in Vocabolo Arquata at 230m height, exposure South-East on clay-calcareous soil.
Description: 100% sangiovese grapes, it pours a cherry-hued rose with a floral aroma and unmistakable hints of roses followed by fresh fruity notes of strawberry and gooseberry. It is an agile, fresh wine with mineral notes, quite full-flavoured. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. It can accompany appetizers and barley soups, soft cheeses, white meats and shellfish.
Harvest: handmade from mid-September until the beginning of October.
Vinification: grapes are crushed and de-stemmed. Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
